We were served promptly when we entered the store and managed to buy a washing machine within 20 minutes. Delivery was offered same day but we opted for Monday afternoon. Our machine was set up, our old machine removed and all packaging taken away - excellent service people

Bought a fridge and a microwave abut over a month ago. Had great pre-sale service and both were delivered and setup for free on the same day as purchase. Freezer in the fridge stopped working properly and the fridge was automatically replaced under warranty without me asking. Delivered and replaced in about 2hrs from my call to report the problem. Amazing! Highly recommended!

We were looking for a twin tub, I looked on the website there was only one sort, but it wasn't the brand we wanted, but out of necessity we were going to purchase it. I sent my mother to buy it as I was working. Tony was wonderful he explained that the one I had seen online could be ordered BUT he had another brand twin tub in stock....the exact brand and model I was wanting (which was available only in tmba at other electrical stores). Tony organised delivery and removal of the old machine.Wonderful service by Tony and the delivery guy.IT DOES PAY TO SHOP LOCALLY.I have over the years always chosen to shop at O'Shea's BiRiteand have recommended them to a lot of friends and family,I work in customer service at a local supermarket and am asked constantly where a good electrical store is, I always recommend O'Sheas because of the excellent friendly service.

Staff helpful, including initial phone call I made to know what was in stock. I can't say anything negative about the store or staff. I will shop there again when the need arises. I recommend buying from this store in Dalby.100% happy.
