Chikara Kenpo Karate
Not only karate but everything you hope a karate school upholds and represents. A transportation to traditional martial arts whilst contemporary in their approach, my wife and I joined Chikara as absolute beginners and were guided by Gary and the team every step of the way. Progression is realistic and well paced, with encouraging team members and a depth and breadth of knowledge that empowers students to take both principle and practice and make it their own (eventually of course!)
