My bike was 2 years in his workshop. Hilton misdiagnosed and charged me for repairing a when it didn’t need it, then after charging said he would fix it but never did. I collected the bike after 2 years in the shop, and he had not started any further work on it. Upon collection battery was dead, there are multiple electrical faults, rear taillight is not working, the throttle grip is damaged, there was no oil in it, and would not even turn over after replacing battery and oil. Now I have spent over $400, and have not even able to get it to start again. The bike was starting and running when I took it to the shop. He told me he would reimburse me for the battery and after sending receipt he never did, rather simply said “since you took the bike (after 2 years) I can’t help you” . There are probably lots of positive reviews and experiences with this operator, but in my experience, I would say be very wary about Trikes and Bikes.

Hilton converted my 1200 Harley Sportster and i couldn't be happier. He did an amazing job. I just love riding even more now.

Picked up my Trike this morning...I am so glad I found Hilton Steel at Trikes and Bikes - he did a fabulous job. He is also a very friendly person, professional, and ready to answer all my questions during the whole process. Very grateful I found him and would highly recommend him to anyone considering converting their bike to a Trike.

Great service, very prompt and fantastic to deal with. It's great dealing with real bikers without that car salesman type of attitude! There needs to be more of this!
