digiDirect Parramatta have a wide selection of top brand cameras, lens and accessories. Sales specialist, Dominic, provided good advise and very competitive price. His product advice, willingness to show me the ins and outs of different lenses, and enthusiasm for the craft of photography was hugely important in helping this amateur photographer work out which way was up, guiding a purchase of which I couldn't be happier - thanks guys, I'll be back.

The team at digiDirect Parramatta were AWESOME. I needed to purchase a full kit urgently and they made it easy. I even drove from Canberra to the Parramatta store to pick it all up. There were 1 or 2 things i ordered online and they were delivered within 3 business days. I can't wait to go back again.

My baby and I went to take Australian passport photo. The photographer there is worse than a year ago. 35 dollars for a infant for 4 photos… and 25 dollars for an adult only 4 photos…they zoomed in too much . my husband took my first baby there a year ago their photos are perfect.They asked my email to send the digital photo.. but they put my email under their subscription too

Great experience walking into the Parramatta shop when looking for a camera for my Dad. I was assisted by David who was very knowledgable and friendly towards my Dad and I when explaining such a technical and diverse market. He has the customer's best interests in mind when suggesting various makes and models in their range. We have made a purchase with Digidirect online afterwards with confidence after being referred a package from David. Will be returning again in the future!

Great experience! We checked their camera stock in Parramatta store via phone before placing click and collect order on Sunday. The order went through the system and my camera and mount was ready to be collected on Monday afternoon. Their staff was very helpful and professional. Overall 5/5 stars and will shop there again in the future!
