F45 Training Spotswood

Lovely trainers that push you, good classes, and clean facility. Great to have a location in Spotswood. Have been going only three months and feel stronger.

I cannot recommend F45 Spotswood highly enough! It’s a great community led by highly motivated trainers. There is always a great energy at this gym which enables me to achieve my personal health and fitness goals. A+++++

I love this place, gets me pumped up to face the day. The trainers are inspiring, motivated and involved and work with you to achieve your goals. I’ve been going for 3 years now and won’t be stopping anytime soon.

I haven’t enjoyed anything as much as f45 spotswood. I have never felt more welcomed and motivated to train and enjoy myself. Keo & Liam are awesome I feel like I’ve known them for so long and there commitment is sensational to the classes. I’m so happy with this program along side the girls who also run the classes thank you so much f45!

Had a really horrible experience here and attempted to escalate with poor resolution.At the time the site manager was nothing but a bully and at times had me do upset in how she spoke to me or treated me would have to leave sessions.Attempted to escalate with owner and got no whereFor somewhere that should be motivating you and ensuring you are healthy sure done give a hoot about mental health.Was very disappointed with how things were ranEspecially for the amount of money spent there.Edit -I find that odd Toni, as I was a member of F45 Spotswood for over 1.5 years, and I also attempted to contact you in Dec 19 regarding this, to really be shut down. So I am unsure why you don't have records of me, as I visited 5-6 times per week for over 1.5 years and contacted you directly via email

Love this studio! Toni, Brad, Joe, Danni and Kirby are seriously awesome - they’re always pushing you to get stronger and faster while also making sure that you do the exercises properly and don’t lose form. F45 Spotswood is more than a gym, it’s an amazing community, and Toni is so understanding and accommodating of us members!

Great friendly environment catered to a range of people and fitness levels, trainers will go out of their way to support you and encourage you along the way. If you're consistent with your classes you'll get results pretty quickly - this is the only training/ gym setting I've ever enjoyed or stuck to. Highly recommend.

Great experience doing the 8 week challenge at Spotswood - great facility and the trainers are really supportive and encouraging.A broad range of class times fits any schedule and the variety of workouts is really great to keep motivated.Thanks so much to the whole team at Spotswood!!

F45 Spotswood is a fantastic place if you are looking to exercise in a professional studio with trainers who want to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Everyone is friendly and inclusive and it doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are at, everyone is welcome. Give it a go!!!

I have tried out quite a few gyms and exercise classes in the local area and my experience at F45 Spotswood has by far been the best. There is a great sense of community, the trainers cater for all levels (but definitely don’t let you get off lightly!) and there are classes at times that suit me. The energy is fantastic and the music is good. I can honestly say I’ve never gotten so much out of a gym membership - and there’s been a fair few of them over the years!
