Brand New building new site probably not well known yet. The facilities were spotless but the seating needs padding for a more comfortable experience. Staff need to be educated about the importance of napkins our breakfast was delivered without them

I walked in to this restaurant and expected the usual McDonald's feed, the hot fries, the meaty burger and a nice caffeinated beverage. Stale cold fries, a burger slapped together with little care or attention and the coffee tasted bland and left me wanting some secondhand freeze dried instant... Not your best day maccas!

Stone cold fries & hash brown. I didn’t realise until I had driven home (2 mins away) & opened the bag. Both went straight into the bin. Not worth complaining to the restaurant or trying to get a refund because of the massive stuff around. There should be an option to receive a credit back to your my maccas app, instead of having to go back to the restaurant to chase up a replacement or store credit.

Can't believe these bad reviews, I've been there 3 times when I've visited my Grandchildren and it's not been too bad. It has been the cleanest maccas I've ever seen at 3 times. Did stuff my meal up once but there was a new girl on the till. They corrected it immediately. Was there last Sunday and watched the older lady sanitise all tables and the kids play area. Can't give these guys enough credit. Maybe some need to settle down and realise it's not that bad. Come down to Sydney and see how bad it gets, go to Bexley and look

One of the best, if not THE best McDonalds in Morisset!! I get a Chicken and Cheese Burger and Double Cheeseburger. It’s a good burger when the creamy sauce ends up on your centre console when unwrapping.

I have eaten McDonalds all over Australia with very little issue, until I went to Morisset. Ordered a Fillet of Fish (my regular choice) opened it 5 mins later when parked. Most of the cheese was squashed in the box, with bits on the bun. The fish fillet (maybe it was) was overcooked and completely dried up, prob in warmer for hours. I took one bite, it was like rubber. I took it back on my way past a deluz (after trying to ring for 2 hours) Young manager was very appologetic and offered to replace it, not wanting to face another fish burger I opted for the new Angus delux with beetroot, back in the car whilst checking for pickles - NO Beetroot, so back to manager again, who kindly replaced beetroot and added tomato. It was then a nice burger. I suggested to manager they need to seriously address their training and quality control at the restaurant. Taking note of previous feedback many others agree.

Okay as a Fast Food Outlet... Nothing outstanding... I was surprised when they were closed for entry (but still open for Drive-Through) at around 10-30pm...on a Friday Night...so no facilities such as rest-rooms available to customers...

Make sure you check your bag before leaving, everytime I've been here to dine they forget something or change something, even when you specifically ask for something like a type of sauce.Most times I've gotten the sloppiest slapped together burgers soggy chips that seem like they were prepared in the morning and just sat there all day. And nuggets that were overcooked and tasted funny. Add to that that drive through only accepts card.

Tonight , we ordered a chicken and cheese without the mayonnaise… 3 times back around through drive thruWith ONE staff member trying her hardest to get the bunch of idiotsMaking the food - to actually make it correctly.The drive thru - Guy standing eating a burger whilst at the window then laughing at this one Colleague whom we saw 3 times trying to get the kitchen staff to stop laughing at her for stuffing up the order .It’s an absolute disgrace!!!If it wasn’t after hours , I would of demanded the owners contact numberThis Mc Donald’s is a absolute circusI feel sorry for the only staff member who deserves her wage was on tonight and she is the only one worth her wageFire the rest and watch them laugh when they are broke .Do not recommend, by far the worst Mc Donald’s

Like most mcdonalds restaurants , this one has inconsistent service. Sometimes the order is fine and the service is good , but other times cold fries and drink cups under filled and burgers slapped together with little care. Mcdonalds need a good shakedown and start servicing the public in a more professional level in order of respect for the customers who have given them there support and allowed them to dominate the industry.
