Paid for an item, which I never received. Was then told it was out of stock but subsequently received a tax invoice demanding payment by credit card. When I queried this I received a very rude response. Feel really bullied!

Today’s order was exceptionally excellent, having placed my order yesterday & to have received the order today is outstanding!! I always have very enjoyable shopping experiences with Scrap Dragon online, and have done for at least five years. Their customer service is absolutely amazing, and they ship orders faster than a speeding bullet, and package everything so nicely. They have a great range of products and some items that I don't seem to be able to find elsewhere.
