Glassons

I went in for some shorts where the last size was on a mannequin. I asked if they could take it down so I could buy it and they said they can’t. I came back later to ask the manager who told me they can’t because it’s a ‘weekend’ and id need to come in on a Monday or Tuesday and was quite rude to me. The store was empty at this point and I was one of 3 customers with 6 staff on. There was adequate time to remove the shorts. I felt like this was an excuse.It doesn’t make sense as many stores have done this for me before. I myself work in retail in the same centre and have never denied a customer about removing clothing from a mannequin.

The girls working here are absolutely as rude as they come. When ever I had asked for assistance I was just getting glazed looks & the girl working there was getting annoyed with me; it was just all too hard for them. I certainly will never return. Women like feeling great when leaving a store and it's not right that they make girls feel uncomfortable. It was an ugly experience & I feel ugly wearing the clothes I'd bought; it's just an ugly reminder of the whole experience.

I have always liked Glassons fashion, but came in the other day and there were at least 4 or 5 girls working, and not one smiled or said hello when I walked by! I did a round and then walked into another shop to spend my monies. Customer service is SO important!

Horrible experience. I kept trying to be nice to all the workers, but they were treating me as if I'd done something wrong. I said thank you to the checkout girl and she just shoved my receipt into the bag and then pushed the shopping bag to me, not even looking me in the face. Will never be returning to your store again.

Glasson Parramatta has the worst customer service! I wish i could give this place a zero star rating, today my experience at the store left me utterly disappointed due to the rude manner in which the manager" had treated me

Don’t shop here if you’re a mid sized girl!! I went into the store on Monday, not even a busy day and the girls looked like they were hating life. Not one of them had a smile on their face and I had to say hi to one of the girls because none of them spoke to any customers. What makes this whole experience worse was that one of the girls said to me “I think you’d look more comfortable in a bigger size” after I asked for help to get my ACTUAL size for me. You didn’t even see the outfit on me yet you’re making assumptions I need a bigger size?! I don’t know who the manager is but you seriously need to fix your staff and train them better. No way in hell should you ever say that to a customer. As someone who is currently recovering from an ED, I was absolutely mortified and I will never return to this store again! Disgusting!

Girls are sooo helpful! I went into the changeroom 3 times, they were so patient and not only one but a couple of the girls took their time to help me put an outfit together while it was peak and store was filled with people. These girls are so hard working also their clothes are super cute!
