Where do I start? Rude and unwelcoming staff, constantly have sick fish and dirty looking water. Have heard a few times the staff giving out false information on how to keep fish for example saying cold water and tropical fish can live together, which is NOT true and should not be done. The store is a total rip off and I feel everyone is scammed out of their money, especially with the false info. I let it go a couple times but it is the same everytime I have been in there. I have also never had success of keeping fish alive from this particular store.

Great store with awesome staff.I was specifically looking for fish for my home aquarium, and stock levels were high and of good quality.Fish survived the hour plus drive home and are thriving. There was lots of fish related equipment, from cleaning to aqua scaping bits and pieces.

Pet Stock Traralgon staff are always helpful. 20 kg bag of dog food is taken from the shelf to the back of my car by staff. All I have to do is make my request at the service counter and staff do the rest. Discount is given when I buy the product regularly.
