The product, freshly crushed ginger, has far exceeded my expectations that I am now a regular customer of Captain Garlic Foods. I will no longer buy fresh ginger at supermarkets to make my own crushed or shredded ginger. The service is exceptional and the price competitive and reasonable. What more can you ask for!!

Absolutely great service and great products. I always take back tubs of their garlic and ginger to sydney every time I come to Brisbane. Allan is very professional and never disappoints.

I have found Captain Garlic Foods very convenient to order through and receive purchased good in a prompt and efficient time frame.The Garlic is first class, and all the hard work of crushing garlic, chopping it before putting in on the dishes you are preparing is done for you - it is really convenient. Just this last weekend we had a Weber Chicken with Greek flavoured sauce and plenty of Captain Garlic - the friends marvelled at my cooking prowess !! I mentioned I had a few things that helped in the preparation. Great product and Australian made and Produced (How good is that!)Ive been told their Spicy chicken, and Kentucky Chicken flavouring is very good as well - can't wait to try it.Picture below is me and my neighbour after our lovely feast on Sunday.

I was given the portuguese spice by a family member who lives in Brisbane, i started using it and got so hooked on to it that i would use it really sparingly because it was a 300g packet and i was worried that once it was finished then i probably wouldn't be able to purchase it in WA. I then decided to email Captain Garlic Foods to find out if they were still selling it and if it could be posted out to me in WA. I received a response from Allan advising me of price and postage to WA. I placed my order and was then sent an email confirmation that my order had been sent express mail to me with my spice. The service i received from Allan was exceptional, he went above and beyond to help. I would highly recommend Captain Garlic Foods to anyone wanting to purchase products from them.
