AMAZING!!!! I have had neck and shoulder issues for over 10 years. After a number of physio and chiropractors the issue was not improved and in some cases just got worse. Then I found Elena and in just a few weeks the healing process has been amazing. She really knows what she is doing. Very intuitive and very conscious. I felt I was in good hands under her care.

Saw Caitlin recently for some acupuncture and she was fantastic. She worked on my shoulder and neck, and I left feeling very relaxed. A few days after my treatment I had significantly less pain in areas that she treated, I will definitely see her again!

I was kindly given a voucher for 3x infra red saunas. The sauna itself is fine, the place is clean and has a sterile, hospital-like feel, good for sensory deprivation.Much to my dismay, I only found out after 45min of sweating, there is NO SHOWER facilities here. So you are expected to go off and find your own shower afterwards. Obviously this is going to be quite inconvenient/gross for a lot of people.I did complain, and suggested they warn people about lack of showers, but was treated like this is normal. I cancelled the rest of my appointments there, and asked if I might pass the voucher to somebody else, however they deducted most of the remaining value, (no offer of refund) so pretty poor experience overall.

Elena is a wonderful chiropractor both for her skills and also for her very human approach to her clients. I found her to be so real and personable whilst also helping me recover from a sprained ankle and back issues with clear instructions and great results whilst pregnant. She was encouraging and positive and very helpful. I highly recommend her! The clinic is also such a beautiful space to be in and the lovely receptionist is also very warm and welcoming.

I've been seeing Elena for many years and have found her to be so helpful managing my injuries/chronic pain. She is truly gifted at what she does, as well as being just a fabulous person. Thanks, Elena!

Elena is a fantastic chiropractor, I highly recommend her. She is much more holistic with less 'cracking' than many chiropractors I have been to in a range of countries. Her new space is beautiful and I look forward to attending yoga and meditation in the building also.

Having almost completed our 7 week Meditation Course I want to thank Elena for all that she has taught us. Her knowledge of different techniques and the way she has passed them on and listened to our experiences of meditation, has been superb.Thank you Elena for having the courage to create such a beautiful space and sharing your gifts and experience.

Elena is an amazing chiropractor with also a very holistic/ intuitive approach. I’ve been seeing her since I moved to the area 3 months ago and I honestly don’t know how I would have manage my back pain throughout my pregnancy without her.As well as Elena Aya is just as amazing Massage Therapist. The best massage I ever had, perfect on her touch and spotting right on to make me feel renovated even at 39weeks pregnant.Can’t wait to go back after the baby is born to maintain the perfect mind/body balance with those 2 great professionals.That’s without mentioning the lovely support staff always so kind and caring.

Maria is an excellent practitioner, her chiropractic work is on point. Many years of searching for a skilled, caring and incredibly insightful Chiro.. don’t look any further. Professional rooms, welcoming reception and zero wait time. Can’t thank her enough for her work with myself and my family.
