The Gentleman behind the counter must have had a really bad day before I went in to ask him a couple of simple questions about the LNB on our portable Vast System in view to purchasing a new one.He not only missed out on selling me a new LNB but also lost the sale of the other items we wanted too!He was obviously a reluctant to serve me but was also not interested in answering any enquires despite being told that although I had the Dish & LNB etc in the car & that I was more than happy to pay him to test the LNB, he kept telling me he didn't climb up poles looking at Satelite Dishes anymore that there's not enough money in it to make it worthwhile.Then when I asked if he was open tomorrow morning I was told he wasn't coming out to have a look at it!I told him I didn't want him to come out that all I wanted to know was if he was open so I could come back in the morning to purchase a new LNB after testing the system out this afternoon!I came from the country, my parents were Country people & I have always prided myself on retaining my Country Hospitality but somewhere along the way this Gentleman has lost his.Just hope he doesn't treat all his Customers like this!!

I rang this gentleman for advice about my CB that was having issues. He explianed a fair bit to me in blokes terms.Drove to his shop for more great and colourful advice. Didn't get his name but what a champion fellow. His dress was impeccable as was his grooming. The shop was full of quality gear priced similar to ebay. Well worth a look see. Don't be put off by his colourful language. 10 out of 10. By the way. Bought a new Uniden CB that was cheaper than eBay's price.

If there was a -5 that’s what he would get, he didn’t even look up and grunted out his answers . Unfortunately for him and fortunately for us he missed out on a $1000 + sale , he needs learn some customer service
