Keep saying sorry but unable to solve your problem. I was advised the refund was impossible as the credit card i made the payment was canceled. All other merchants can refund to any other cards as long as they belong to the same person! I was “forced” to get a gift card instead so that they can make more money from me! How ridiculous!!Another faulty item with receipt was also told refund was impossible. Speechless!!

I asked of I could have a refund on a $50 product I had the receipt the box complete and told the staff I was informed poorly by a women neighbour it was right for my tv It wasn't..After having it sit around for 3 weeks I asked the intelligent and friendly staff could it be returned..they said it was possible but at the descretion of the manager..and fair enough..he was good as his staff and a refund was given..without any fuss..this is how a company keeps customers coming backThank you

I first rang to check they had what I wanted. They kindly got the item & put it aside until I got to the store a few hours later....without me asking them. The staff were busy & yet happy to answer questions & look up what stock was in. I enjoyed my shopping experience. I'll be going back to this particular store in Leichardt.

Got new phone and various accessories.. JB always has the best service and it's so worth it to visit in store. Isabelle at JB Leichhardt was so lovely, keen to help me, great with pricing and product knowledge. Can tell she really understood what I wanted and I would not have found the right phone or anything else I needed without her help! Thankyou !!!

Very interesting area situated. Normally jbhi'are located in shopping centres but it's on the main road. I parked my car in the shopping centre thinking it will be there but it was outside the centre. Set up also looks like a warehouse not like the usual setup. All in all found the place.
