Brand new tractor was delivered with large deep scratches down to metal in multiple spots and filthy - covered in bird s@$t and dust. I can wash it but I can’t repaint it and I shouldn’t have to as it’s new. Their customer service is horrendous. Initially I thought they were just having a bad day but 45 days later it is clear this business has no interest in you once they have your money. Buy else where if you can.

David & Jack at Peninsula Kubota are great to deal with as are all the staff - friendly, professional & helpful. Its definitely the place to go to if you need farm equipment.We recently bought a new Kubota tractor, replacing our small John Deere. As the John Deere was going to Angel Lodge Horse Rescue, a small Mornington charity, Peninsula Kubota gave a very generous financial gift as well as transport.

Pre-purchase, they were the most helpful in Vic amongst the JD/Kubota dealers, teaching me about tractors and implements.Now 120 hours in, they’ve helped me with advice on use and maintenance, on-site servicing and replacing a broken bucket pin. The pin was going to be back-ordered for unknown weeks so they offered me details of an interstate dealer who had one in stock, I got it in two days.Fair and ethical, good showroom and easy to contact.
