The salt room at Elements Morpeth has been a big help with improving my daughter’s eczema. We have been attending the children’s sessions for only a short few weeks and are seeing great results with her skin being less inflamed and less irritated. The salt room is beautifully set up and creates a very calming atmosphere for us both during each session and the team are so friendly and helpful. We really look forward to our weekly sessions and love that this service is so close to home.

What an amazing clinic to offer a teacher’s holiday special! Of course when I saw it I immediately booked in. And it was absolutely worth it. Zowie has magic hands and made ensured I received the most heavenly hour of my holidays. The massage was divine and the attention to detail is superb- nothing is missed. I’d never heard of Infrared Red Light Therapy but still feeling the effects of a 29 year old whiplash injury I’ll give anything a go. The sessions themselves were comfortable and quite relaxing and I was amazed at the improvement in my range of motion after 3 sessions and a week later I’m still feeling those full benefits. An added bonus has also been improved sleep I typically do not sleep all night but have several times since my sessions. Elements is a beautiful friendly caring practice and I’d recommend them to anyone
