I've been waiting 7 weeks for a refund of $2,000 I'm owed, along with 4 other couples who are each owed similar.

After being referred to these guys by a good friend we had an initial meeting in early Sept , after which we were told we would receive a report and recommendations regarding our investment options. We sent all paperwork, confidential reports and authorities as requested and month or so later we received a report that was compiled by the receptionist and notable only for the gross errors and omissions. Despite the apologies and promises to provide an updated report to then discuss we received nothing at all after four months of waiting.Very disappointing ,wholly unprofessional and a waste of our time. Doesnt help the image of the financial investment industry.

Still waiting on the owner for my refund ... just 10k...
