Amazing service, they truly make the extra effort to ensure the process is as easy as possible. I had two 5000 gallon tanks delivered and scheduled delivery between Easter and Anzac to accommodate my installers.I have a rural coastal property on a dirt road and the delivery driver was incredibly helpful. He also provided expert guidance and physical assistance in positioning the tanks. Awesome!!!

Thanks to all at The Tank Factory. My tank was delivered yesterday and not only did the delivery guy put the tank on my pre prepared pad but with the assistance of 5 old pensioners, he turned into position ready for the plumbing to be connected. This calibre of service is not something you come to expect these days, particularly from a delivery driver who had been on the road all day to get to us. I was expecting a dump and run, not a guy who wanted to help. He should be commended for his attitude and service, he is an asset to your company. Thanks again to all involved. A great product and service to match.

I ordered two 3.9 kilolitre rainwater tanks from this company for my renovation project in the northern beaches of Sydney.Delivery was efficient within 21 days of placing order. Pricing of $852.60 per tank + $90 delivery fee was the most competitive among 3 quotes.

Very professional people to deal with. The purchase was very easy to do online. In spite of the Christmas rush it was delivered a week sooner than the original estimate. They keep you informed of delivery time & procedure. When James arrived with the tank he was very easy to deal with & got the job done in just a few minutes. It's great to be able to support a family business in a regional area. I would be happy to buy from them again.

We were very impressed with the high level of customer service provided. There were a couple of hiccups at the start with the wrong tank ordered but it was resolved quickly.
