Craig Farrugia Building Design

We used Craig to design a pool for our backyard. We did not have much space due to a double driveway, sewer line running underneath our land and a child care centre next door which due to our sloping land meant they would look directly into our pool area. We explained some features that we would like to have but did not know if it was possible with the challenges that we had. Craig designed a pool that met our requirements perfectly. He was professional, honest and provided a quality design which we have now enjoyed in our back yard for the past 3 months. We have recommended Craig to our friends who have also engaged him for work.

Craig has been a valuable part of our building process. He has designed 2 projects for us and both times we could not speak more highly of him. The designs are inspiring and he has worked seamlessly with our builders to help us achieve our dreams !!

Craig is a very talented building designer and so very easy to work with. He has designed two beautiful detached duplex houses for me in a narrow 10m block and yet both houses have flowing very usable floor plans. The land is waterfront and both houses have magnificent view of the Hawkesbury river. He works the design all the way through council approval and smooths the process. I highly recommend him.
