Matthew arrived exactly at the time I was given, identified the fault with my oven, replaced the faulty part, tested the oven, all in less than half an hour. Very efficient and very pleased with the result, as I thought I would have to buy a new oven.

Very impressed with Always Prompt Repairs. They fit me in a week early because of a cancellation and sent Shanan, who was very helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and managed to fix my dishwasher promptly . He then showed me how to do a rinse cycle on my dishwasher and stayed to check that it all worked. Thanks Shanan!
