very dishonest I was just doing pink slip but they tying to charge you more and more with a bunch of unnecessary reasons including washing the engine will never go there again and you should avoid this rubbish shop too

This people are the robbers.i did my car service here.i left my car with them for nearly 2 days and when I take my car back the button to open the driver side window glass was loose and working very weird.they are damaging the car with intension to make more moneyand making money.they said to repair the damage it will cost me$250. But my car was perfect and had no issue before I hand them my car.their business should be closed permanently.they are making people fool and making money.

The new owner Max operates a competent Mechanic workshop. They repaired our diesel van from mechanical damages caused by a local mechanic in Turrella a year ago. Max is servicing our fleet well since.

Needed to fix a signal indicator for our car and the owner agreed to find one for us. We gave the vin number and confirmed the model of the signal indicator needed and paid the deposit. However, it turned out the owner purchased a wrong model part which obviously did not fit the car. The owner absolutely did not want to admit that he ordered the wrong one. Can’t believe he even wanted to blame on us not picking up or doing the rest of the service on time. It is so obvious that how could we continue the fix with the wrong order??? We ended up leaving the useless thing there and did not claim back the deposit.To the future customers: If you want to be serviced with lies and careless work then go ahead throw your money at this place. If there is a 0 star option that would be my rating, and I’ll recommend several auto service stores in the north area e.g. Artarmon near Pacific Hwy

Mike was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had an urgent pink slip that I needed done within 24 hrs using the mobile service. Mike was able to make room in their schedule to accommodate my request and the price was reasonable and service was excellent. Mike kept in touch and was quick and responsive. Thank you Mike!
