Very welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. The classes are fun and appropriate for all fitness levels, I started as a complete beginner with zero strength or fitness. Love the flexibility of classes placed throughout the day, and the ability to mix up classes you go to (e.g., pilates, barre, gym, yoga).
