So much unnecessary stress added from my providers inability to call on time, an hour late or sometimes not at all with no explanation. Provider was extremely rude, often accused me of lying about my employment and would cut me off frequently when she was fully aware of my work commitments ahead of appointments, but claimed our previous phone calls never happened. Beyond frustrating.

Awful to deal with; they change appointment times with no notice and demerit you unfairly for no reason whatsoever. Worse than useless at actually finding you work, they don't care about their clients and only want you for the government kickbacks. Total leeches on society.
