Always received cards to collect item even though there is someone at home (note: it's a small house, there is no way we can not hear if someone knocks the door/buzz the bell).Ever met one delivery guy (courier) tried to escape without even tried to notify anyone inside the property.Super unhappy, tried to ask aust post to re-send the item, but they wanted me to log a complaint instead.I hope we will be able to attach the physical items on email in the future :-D

Come on guys. You’re only open on during 9-5pm which is when everyone is at work, and you’re closed on weekends? How are people supposed to pick up their parcels? Absolutely the most ridiculous I’ve ever seen.

The number of times I've had to come in and pick up a parcel when my husband has been home and in the office right next to the front door is infuriating. It is not hard to knock. Don't leave a we missed you" note when you don't even try."

Ridiculous the opening times you have. How I'm supposed to pick it up when I'm working during those time? No other shop can allow to have opening times as the post has.

the staff at this post office could not be more helpful if they tried. they are always friendly, if i have ever had a problem or a query its always dealt with efficiently and to my satisfaction, to all the guys and girls there. you do a great job :-D

Bad service they don't know the value of time and customer. I went there to verified my documents they ask me to pay $4.95 first copy and the second one $2.50 I said to that Asian guy I am happy to pay he took my documents and he returned back to me. I ask him what happened he said you have to come back 13:30. There was no customer in post that time. My little one was with me. He wasted my time and refused to verified so I will not go back this post office again.

I guess people who work monday-friday 9-5 are banished from collecting their post. Who was the absolute fruitloop that removed Saturday as a working day?
