Bought a new laptop today for uni. The guy that served me happened to have done the degree I am doing and was able to help pick out a laptop that suits all the needs. Extremely helpful as he walked me through each option.

Getting a question answered about a product in this store is harder than pulling teeth. This is why I shop online, I can Google the product and watch YouTube reviews and then place my order, asking a question only to be met with an I dunno" just doesn't cut in the 21st century

I ducked in here at the last minute on a Saturday around 15 minutes before closing, but knew what I was there for so it wasn't a long visit. I asked the guy at the door which direction to go and he pointed out the right direction verbally and physically which made things easier. I even apologised to the counter staff for being a last minute customer but they were polite and friendly and said it was not a problem.Having worked in retail I know exactly how annoying a last minute customer can be so I certainly appreciated the pleasantness......and as I was walking out I came to realise that I wasn't the last person there.

I love JB Hi-Fi, always has everything you need, either for a gift, new tech stuff or a browse. You'll definitely find some unique gift ideas. Huge range of videos and music, I would love if they had a bigger game section for different options, they generally have the most popular/ new release items, I don't see any second hand items here.

The lady on security is what JB need more of. Personable and polite, there to do a job but also as the first person you see, it needs to be a friendly one. She is a credit to your store.
