They had a great special on Kobo reader that was on display. I wanted to purchase it but sales person said I had to wait until a rep came from the mainland and undid it from display. Went to check on it today to find it had been sold even though my details had been taken to purchase once taken off display. I was also told the store has the tools to undo displays so what was going on here.

Always very hard to get a team member to assist in unlocking an item, they actively avoid you.I've had to wait for a team member for 10+ mins who had just walked off after speaking with us about getting the key to unlock the latch for a head set.

Worst JB in Tassie. They always play some of the worst songs I have ever heard while browsing.Their music section is completely mismanaged and dejected. The worst part is that’s where the music is loudest in the store. Not to mention they have the worst selection of cds and vinyl among JB’s in Tassie.Much better off going to the one in town for music needs.

My wife visited the store today to look for a fit bit, and found an Inspire 2 on sale. She took the box to the counter, and was told there were 0 left, even though there were 3 boxes on display. There was no attempt to search around, and it was only after my wife's insistence that other stores were contacted. The end result - there was one in Launceston but it was faulty. If you are out of stock you need to remove the sign and the empty boxes (why were they there if no stock), and also train your staff to give a damm.

Great store policies but the staff are constantly walking around ignoring customers. After many visits and purchases in the store every visit I see groups of staff members just standing and talking. All in all it's a great store but the staff need a good kick up the bum

Was standing around looking far an item for around 10mins. Not a single staff member approached... When I finally found some assistance he stank of cigarettes, wasn't helpful handed me the item and walked away! Absolutely terrible, only went here as Harvey Norman didn't have stock but I'll never be returning!
