Pizza Hut Currimundi

Have had great pizza from Currimundi before so ordered a lunch time delivery for next day and paid. 7 pizzas. Delivery was over 30 minutes late so tried to ring store with no answer. Pizza finally arrived, cold. Will not get another delivery. Very disappointed.

Poor service. No communication what so ever. If you want a pizza from this store order it the day before

Hesitant to order due to the underwhelming, low star reviews. Got to give PizzaHut a break. Ordered the butcher's block and the ultimate hot and spicy and they were absolutely delicious. Pizza hut was my mom's go to place back in our home country. Glad that they are still around, despite Domino's taking over the pizza scene. Pizza is still great, for a pickup order that is. I think most of the low ratings are from delivery. Recommend ordering takeaway, preferably using their app.

This pizza hut used to be awesome and was happy to deliver to us at Golden beach (7kms away) as the only other pizza place that delivers in the area is Dominos. Dont know what has happened but now they said they cant deliver to us and when we went and picked up pizzas it was terrible, barely any toppings and a sliver of dried up crusty sauce.

Pizza without filling. Not the 1st time at this store. I won’t be back

What a huge mistake, my son wanted to have pizza for dinner.Delivery was 50 minutes late, two pizzas with the slightest amount of toppings, soggy white fries.The only good thing we got was a bottle of Coke.Rang store to complain, but you wait on hold to talk to someone in Victoria.My partner spoke to Gary the manager, no refunds from Pizza Hut (Currimundi) because didn't want to get their food out of the bin to return it. Store credit! Don't think Gary gets it, we would never go back.

If you're ever wondering where the phrase, Slop in a box, came from.....I gave an extra star for the second attempt at our pizza. It was a bit better, but at this price point it should have been perfect. Fusion Pizza Bar costs the same is always amazing.

Extremely unprofessional service/experience with the Currimundi Store.Ordered pizzas to be delivered to an address and advised the lady on the phone that I would like the driver call my mobile upon arrival, so I could meet him/her to collect the pizzas. The lady agree that this would be ok to do.After waiting 10 mins over the nominated delivery time, I rang the store again enquiring the location of the driver/pizza. I was told by the same lady, that the driver had been out front waiting for 10 mins already. Upon seeing the driver, I was advised that he was not instructed to call me or was given my mobile number to do so.I then went to pay by credit card and was told by the driver that he would accept cash only. Apparently I should have/needed to advise Pizza Hut how I wish to pay when I made the phone order. As a customer, how was I to know this? Should this not be asked by the store employee/employer?Long story short - we had to gather the cash to pay the driver and finally get our pizzas.I have given feedback to Pizza Hut and months later, have heard nothing from the Currimundi Store.Will not recommend this store, when there are so many businesses that put their customers and their service standards at an importance.
