We had Shane from 'Built 4U Design' design an extension to add a new master suite to our 40+ year old home.Shane was professional, friendly and always very responsive and met all promised timelines.After delivering our initial concept designs Shane worked with us to tweak our concepts and create additional concepts to incorporate our many ideas. Nothing was too much trouble.Shane was clear in what our quote would include and outlined anything that would incur an additional cost, there were no hidden fees or add ons.We are in the build phase of our renovation now and we are loving watching Shane's well thought out plans come to life in our home.I have recommended Built 4U Designs to many friends and will continue to do so.

We engaged Shane at Built4UDesign to help us develop a new internal design for our 1960s original Canberra house. We gave Shane certain criteria to meet and parameters to work within. Shane came up with three very viable and thoughtful designs that achieved in various degrees all that we set out to do. From those three designs we were able to request bits and pieces of all three to create a fourth solution. From the outset, Shane was pleasant, friendly, courteous and professional. We are very pleased with the design work, approvals and support we received from Shane at Built 4U Design. He was great at putting up design options that were much more creative than our ideas. We cannot speak highly enough of Shane. We asked him to help us workout options for replacing a badly built rumpus room at the back of our house, and to design an additional outside studio. We were very impressed with Shane's knowledge and understanding of the various planning and land development rules. Shane created a set of options, and we talked them through and worked out what we wanted. Shane then did the full plans, which we tweaked a few times, and he then helped us manage the approvals processes. He recommended people we could approach, and gave us advice at many points as we finalised the details (including giving great information about double glazed windows) The build is now underway, and about 60% done. We could not be more delighted.
