Paid extra for express shipping 1-3 days.On the fourth day I enquired, they had not even processed my order. I received a full refund immediately, but now I have no gift and no time to order something else. Definitely will not be buying anything again from here! Had I known this place was dodgy I would have not wasted 4 days and ordered elsewhere to have by now. Very annoying and waste of time.

I've been a customer for the last 3 years and my experience has been always great. Therefore, and despite the recent negative reviews, I decided to place another order. It took my order almost 6 weeks to arrive and communication was not always great. I hope that they soon overcome the issues they're experiencing at the moment and can provide the same level of service as before.

Bought an item from Prodermal and wasn’t told until 1 week later when I contacted them that they didn’t actually have it in stock.I wish I had read the other reviews before trying to support this small business.

Horrible customer service! Maddy!!Was first time order and something went wrong. I emailed nicely but received bad manners reply!Learn how to reply to the customers! You won't say like that to anyone!Never come back to this website again!

Placed an order at 6am on the 11th April and they only posted in the afternoon on the 20th April. I had emailed/ tried contacting. No reply. Won’t be using this online store for skincare in the future.

Quoted a 3-5 day delivery time frame. Close to 2 weeks later have not received the product. In the first week of following up my order I had sent numerous emails and left voicemails, with no reply. It took me to jump on online chat of which the owner picked up my query. Pretty poor customer service, though the owner sorted this out for me replied and refunded my money. Disappointing though, as I was looking forward to getting my order.

Have used prodermal for years. Lately the level of customer service has diminished to zero. No return calls, delivery takes forever and just a general terrible experience of late. I now use other online companies like skinmart and facial co. which I find are a lot easier to deal with. They care about customer service. Give them a go and I think you’ll find they are a lot better than prodermal.

Such a bad experience, I ordered 4 products online, no confirmation email,thenI tried to call and email them , no one replied. Finally I received products , but only 3 of them. Missing one. I tried to call again, still no one answered the call. I don’t understand why the business still exists? Not recommend any one to this business. So bad, really upset!

I have now been waiting a month for my order. I have followed up and received an apology for the delay…..but still no products have been shipped. Do not believe the 3 -5 day shipping estimate. This is now the second time I have waited over a month for my order. There won’t be a third chance.

Wouldn’t recommend as this business don’t seem like they care about user experience and false advertisement. They hadn’t packed or dispatched my items for 2 weeks and that was after I tried the online chat, calling AND emailing. No apology or communication back. As part of the Mother’s Day deals, a Dermalogica 6pc goodies bag (valued at $110) was included in my order but when I received my package it only had a bag and 3 sample sachets.Even though they have good sales, not sure I’d purchase again from this store.
