Purchase All Day LEATHER collar 26 January 2023. Today 31 January it started cracking already and when on dog the end of collar keep on slipping out. How can LEATHER crack in 5 days? I feel robbed. The person in the shop was not really interested in my query. Did not offer to query with supplier on my behalf or any help whatsoever.
