We were recently so so happy with our purchase of an Isuzu MUX from Gianni at Isuzu Cardiff, after previously attending our local Isuzu dealer and being unhappy with their service. After hearing amazing things about Gianni we drove over an hour to see him. Upon arriving we were pleasantly greeted by Gianni and were offered exceptional service from start to finish ,catering to our needs and wants. Whilst our new car was getting built Gianna contacted us regularly with updates exactly when he said he would, keeping us in the loop the whole time. you would be silly to buy from anyone else!Leigh

Have only ever had good things to say about Cardiff Isuzu, until my most recent service in March. I had my scheduled 45000km service on my MUX and was told 'everything is perfect'. The next day I start experiencing issues with my car that I have never had before. Multiple calls that didn't get answered and the online form filled in on their website which I got no response to I finally got through to them about the issue. I took it in and advised I needed it back by 1.30pm. Between 2 and 2.30pm the tell me my car is undrivable, then 5mins later they come out and have tried a 'fix' and my car is fine to go and I am to monitor the issue. Same thing happens the very next day so after calls which are promised to be returned, which are not, I finally get it booked in again for the issue. They have it all day yesterday and apparently find something else that was likely causing the problem. I get it back and again told to monitor. This morning again, same issue happens. I can't get through to servicing yet again so leave a elmessage and am told someone will call back. This was 2 hours ago now. No call back as expected. Will be contacting Fair Trading/Ombudsman to see what the next step is considering my car is still under warranty and this issue has only arisen since my service

Bought a brand new Isuzu MUX 2023 model. It has 3500km on the car. It has now come up with an airbag light on the dash and I was informed today by the service department that the air bag in the seat is faulty. When I pursued the matter trying to get a hire car for time it is going to take to get the part in to fix the car, I was told by the manager that he couldn’t provide a hire car for my partner to drive to work each day in. It is a safety hazard to drive the car in its state and I was dismissed with “we can recommend you don’t drive the car” as a response. As if the matter would not make our lives difficult. The manager just couldn’t really seem to care less about the issue.Absolutely disgusting, pathetic service provided by Isuzu Cardiff. I’d suggest you go across the road to Toyota to buy your car instead.

Ordered a new MUX to tow a van I had on order. Told it would be a 6 month wait.. which I was happy with, as the van was going to be a 9 month wait.After 6 months, got a call saying there was a problem, and that there would be an ADDITIONAL 12 month wait....Absolutely unacceptable, especially while the company is STILL advertising the vehicles.Disgraceful.

Fantastic job by David and team in delivering our new D-max. Despite initial supply issues and then lock-down, he kept us updated and delivery was before date expected. David coordinated all of our modifications with other suppliers (Custom tray, GVM upgrade, etc) and made things stress free. best new vehicle purchase experience ever. Great deal and it is a great vehicle.

Customer service at this place is horrible within the service department. Poor communication and blatant lies towards they Customers.Chasing the team weekly for updates on vehicle, with no answers and never a returning phone call. Then the team blatantly lied once I could get an answer on where my vehicle was up to stating they tried to call me 4 days prior to tell me the vehicle was ready to go. No phone call was received nor any texts.They had the vehicle for 4 weeks. Will never use this branch again.
