Every single time i go to this place I always end up with the wrong order or dirty disgusting food. Found a massive hair planted in the middle of my burger aswell. They are always missing stock which is a massive management issue. You lot at kfc moree need to pick ur act up and learn about good customer service. If i get one more dirty burger, im launching it back through the drive through window!

Service was poor. Food grossly over cooked and taste funny. Wasn't given what we asked for. Guy at front counter talked like he was off his head.

Every single time I come through this kfc no matter what time of day it is they always get the order wrong. They never have any potato and gravy and or just gravy, zero signs up to say they don’t have any. I understand staffing issues and I’m happy to wait in line for the 30 minutes but when it’s a very simple order and it’s constantly wrong it gets very frustrating.

When I first got there I had been travelling, there were quite a few cars in the drive through so I decided to go in to order so I could get to a meeting. Shop was locked. Backed up and entered the drive through line. Screens were blacked out. After 35 minutes of waiting in drive through I managed to order. I couldn't leave drive through because of cars behind me. After almost an hour I got my order. Unfortunately it wasn't what I ordered. I will not return there.

1/2 an hour in drive thru , no eftpos looked like only 2 staff on board so they did a good job considering. Our order was correct & the guy taking was excellent as he was working both windows by himself.

I order zinger burger box hot & crispy. It's said 1 zinger burger, 1 chicken 2 sides and 1 drink all reguler, but when the food come out, I just got 1 sides and they said they combined the 2 sides reguler chip into 1 side large without confirmation

After driving more then 8 hrs as we are on our way to Victoria they did not have any serve at the front counter as it was closed so we did a walk through at drive through just to have the window closed on us very pore customer services never recermend this KFC STORE to any one poor as services

The staff today was rude and couldn't even apologise for it found hair in my food one of the best staff members there fixed it but the two girls there need to wake tf up if you can be friendly don't work no excuses . This is a place I used work I enjoyed my time working. But the staff now are beyond the joke plan rude and inexcusable for there behaviour . Find people that want to work and understand that being rude gets you no where in life

They get every order wrong . Customer happiness is not in there interest as is fixing any mistakes they make. There is no service except drive through as they don't let anyone into the restaurant. They also run out of alot of stock so has to be a management problem there. This picture is of a 10 piece tender box and I got 6 and a half.

Every time I come here, there is always a huge wait drive-through pack out the drive way then you go inside to a mess of boxes on the front counter food all over the floor, then to be greeted with well over 20 people waiting for there order it has to be the slowest KFC I've ever been into the time before that bout 3 months ago we had a huge order to feed 6 family's & wow did they stuff that up I feel they need to lift there game I believe in saying it how I see it I'm a straight shooter do better KFC
