Good customer of mine had her stairs fitted by this company and it was an absolute joke..gaps everywhere workmanship was laughable...wouldn't come back and verify basic work expectations as quoted...and didn't give a rats...especially after she had already paid..no customer service..by installer...finished a year ago and still not finished.Shouldn't even get one star..be warned.My customer didn't want to comment publicly or provide pictures to verify..I will if need be. What a joke...

I called in some months ago. Spoke to a chap in there and picked a vinyl for our bathroom. Asked him to arrange a quote. He told me he wouldn’t let me down and would be in touch. Still haven’t heard a word. Very poor service. You have lost a sale. Never again and would not recommend this place.
