Australia Post - Oakleigh East LPO

Auspost is terrible. The delivery guy didn’t even bother to walk to the back unit and ring the bell. Just left a note for me to collect the parcel at the LPO. There is no feedback function for me to inform auspost that their delivery guy is not doing their job! Outrageous.

The woman who works here is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. Customer service is not her best point. Whomever owns this agency needs to take a long hard look at the staff immediately.

Nobody was about when the parcel got in, so they left a note. I've worked too late every day this week bar today to pick it up. I managed to get there on my only finish early enough 20 minutes before close. I have ID W/ proof of address and the note. The lady at the desk informs me she had shut down her system and cannot get my package-the number for which is literally printed on the note. It will be two days before I am able to get there again, 3 before I can use my goods. I have paid $10 extra for the privilege of this express" service

Lady working here thinks she makes the rules for auspost. Tries to overcharge for same size parcel I have been sent more than 100 times through other post offices

Lady at the counter was very rude. Refused to give me the parcel unless I paid an extra $8.60 for the postage as it was oversized". The 2 stamps on the front had been crossed out

Don't bother going here for identification verification services. Australia Post website says they provide this service, however they won't assist and will point you down the road to the Huntingdale LPO.

DONT GO. Overcharged for my parcel. Given wrong information.Handed over a parcel on a Moday, they have posted it on Wednesday. Experienced few times, very delay post.Extremely bad service.Now I am not going even for posting a single letter.

Always rude service by the older lady at this LPO but you put up with as you have to go there. But today was the clincher for me to absolutely not do any other business with this place. They are open until 12.30 and I arrived at 12:15 - the usual rude lady was there with pharmacy guy. They refused to let me collect the parcel that was there. 1 metre away saying the post office service is closed at 12. Pharmacy only is open to 12.30. Seriously!! They were standing looking at my parcel behind them and just said no the service is closed. The shop is tiniest place I just don't get it Why would I do business with this place ever again. I will be asking all parcels to be rerouted.

Worst postal service. They didn’t attempt to deliver but straightway dropped off my parcel in the postal office. No redelivery when requested. No intimation about the parcel being redirected to the post office.
