Ordered a DVD they said I would get text to pick up when it arrived. They didn't .It was sitting in a draw if I hadn't called would still be sitting in draw.

Went in to return some headphones spoke to one of their younger guys told me they couldn’t return it cause it was my fault they broke Went up to the counter to purchase some new headphones I ask about returning my broken ones got told to speak to Bec their gaming and headphones person spoke to her explained what happened she went and spoke with her manager and came back said they could return and replace and she was amazing excellent service amazing 10/10 she was amazing

The service is always shocking. The staff run around having a great time but completely ignore the customers. It's like you're an inconvenience when you ask for service.

Rude, condescending and patronising. The arrogance is unbelievable. I bought a $80 power bank, thinking I'll give them one more chance, and never again. I need to renovate my kitchen. So bad luck jb hi-fi.

Found service pretty good, straight to the point. I know exactly what I wanted and the sales person was not too pushy but presented something that is valuable which I did consider. Had purchase multiple items from this store before

Knowledge from the salesman was great. Wait time to pay was excessive, but with 3 people serving and all experiencing problems at the same time that took extra time to resolve, it wasn't too much of an issue. Staff were apologetic once we made it to the counter.

Store manager on Saturdays lacks any type of customer service skills! Just lost a sale due to his inability to speak to customers or even slightly help resolve an issue for a click and collect!

I was served by Patrick who was lovely and very accomodating. He took the time to explain the different laptop options available and which one would be best for me. Can’t recommend Patrick enough! I’ll be back for future purchases.

Sack Nathan (store manager)Went in store today to return a faulty Motorola Razr 2022 phone that I purchased 3 months ago from this store.I showed the numerous problems I was having with everyday features such a messaging pictures and videos, opening files, screenshots, etc.Instead of providing a solution Nathan asked if I had an IPhone before which I told him I did. Instantly he had the mindset that I was only returning the phone because of “change of mind” and told me this is how normal android features function and can’t provide a refund or exchange on those grounds as he sees no fault although saying many times he isn’t a technician.To get a second opinion I showed the problems with the phone technicians in the same shopping centre and they said it was clearly a faulty product due to a system glitch.Due to Nathan being way above his pay grade I went to another JB nearby which were very helpful as they saw a major fault and took the necessary steps to provide an exchange for a new iPhone without any problems.Felt good coming back with a brand new iPhone in hand to ask for your name so I can give you this L. Good luck with your “thriving career” lol.

Went in to buy chromecasts, helpful staff everywhere, pointed me in right direction and out in a flash. I love how they still have a price sticker on each product
