Great customer service, but pharmacist was not helpful at all didn't even want to come out from behind the counter to speak to me spoke to the other staff member even though I was right there and could have addressed me herself. I won't go back because of the pharmacist not wanting to be hands on.

Will never go back here again whenever I put scripts in I get interagated also had 3 scripts filled only 2 in packet when I got home could not have fallen out it was the cheaper of the 3 if I was trying to rip them off I would have went for the dearer one but they do not want to know about it . It was definitely put into bag so they say yet I have not got it

I dunno if it's just me but whenever I go to this pharmacy, I always feel unwelcomed. There's one pharmacist who always look and talk to me in a rude manner and the other time I went the other pharmacist just rolled the medicine bottle on the counter instead of giving it to me. Do you have problem with Asians? Hope you treat all your customers the same.

Would definitely NOT recommend this place!I have been using the pharmacy at Wyalla for years and since it has become Ramsay Pharmacy customer service has gone out the door!I had someone serve me two weeks ago that was utterly rude and obnoxious and I thought I would give them another chance today and they proceed to serve everyone else but me... if your chasing friendly customer service... go somewhere else!

I would like to thank all the pharmacists and staff at Whyalla Malouf. I have been coming here for years and they always make sure I have the right information and support when needed. My health condition is complex and very rare, but despite that they always have the best care, they are friendly, informative and just so supportive all the time. Even to the point of researching things for me to make sure everything is correct and reviewing my medications when asked. ALL the staff are always kind and compassionate and help me alot, especially when I cannot hear due to my ears. Thank you, from Melanie

I would rate my experience at Malouf Wyalla as excellent. Don't compare it to Chemist Warehouse where you are just another person in line, Malouf Wyalla staff give great service and don't make you feel invisible :) Prices are not unreasonable either.
