Wonderful experience, great staff who are friendly & a wealth of knowledge. Leanne was extremely customer service focused. The whole process was professional from the time I met Leanne in the store to her measuring up the rooms I was to have vinyl planks installed in. The men who removed the carpets were great & also the installers. I couldn't fault anything & highly recommend them.

Terrible Customer ServiceOur floorboards were lost. Communication from the company was very poor. Meetings were cancelled many times or they just didn't show up. The final meeting prior to the job beginning was scheduled for 2:45pm, they arrived at 5:40pm. We found working with Floor Me to be a disappointing and highly frustrating experience.In response to your reply I would like to amend that it was a Floor Me consultant who informed me that the floors would require skimming the night prior to the job beginning. When I asked your contractor about the condition he did point out areas that he believed required work before laying the planks. However, after paying a considerable amount of money for the skimming I have many areas where the planks do not sit level, in fact I have planks overlapped and others which almost appear bowed.

Floor me seemed ok at first but ended up wanted to be paid before they did the job!They wanted to be paid on the Tuesday but I didn't get paid untill the next day on wednesday.So I went to Barretts carpet one in Bundaberg and they did the job straight away and I paid them the next day. Don't go to Floor me they don't treet you nice.

Always very lovely and helpful staff. Would highly recommend for all floor applications and even tiles!

We are very unhappy with the installation of our Quickstep Uniclic floating floor. I would not recommend their installers. If you are installing a floating floor from these suppliers make very sure you find out before hand where they intend to place edging and expansion joints. Our kitchen ended up outlined in metal shim and had 2 expansion joints (rather than the one required) in the most prominent places possible. I would rate this negative stars if possible.

Very pleasant staff willing to take the time to explain all different options available.I had trouble deciding on which way to go but wasn't rushed at any time.
