I bought my first home with the help of Dianne. As a first home buyer in a highly competitive market — Dianne was a source of constant reassurance and support. I came into some difficult circumstances due to some unfair actions on behalf of the bank and my broker but Dianne kept encouraging me to not give up - and today I am just waiting for the final settlement of the property. She spoke to the vendor on my behalf, arranged multiple valuations for multiple banks and was always optimistic and friendly in the process that was truly very stressful for me. In the end she secured a positive outcome for both me as the buyer and her vendor. If I ever look to rent out this property or sell it — there is no doubt I will go to Peter Fitzgerald Real Estate.
