X Convenience Nuriootpa

We arrived there to fill up a 2 KG gas bottle. The lady who wanted to help us was friendly but completly clueless. She for sure wasn‘t supposed to do this job.We then left after 15 min and drove 1 hour to Adelaide. As we wanted to heat up our tea the gas was completly EMPTY!After a phone call I got simply told I must drive 1 hour back to proof this happened and then we can see how to procced ( super unfriendly on the phone!)Thanks for paying for 0 gas.

Best service from Jamie, such a boss and so funny, up selling comedian!! $5 burger was great but shame we had to go to a pub for lunch or would have brought them. Candles are amazing too! We will be in again and again for sure even to have a conversation with you Jamie! Your Co worker made a tasty Iced Mocha too! Thank you for a belly laugh

Stopped here because I thought it had a range of food early on our way through but only gluten free choice was a cup of fruit. It's a pretty standard option these days, even in service stations.

Had best customer service friendly staff and BEST chicken schnitzel moist inside , crunchy crumbs just how i like it with hawaiian topping, (ham pineapple cheese ) huge schnitzel 600gms so yummy. chips were awsome, crunchy with seasoning salt .best ive had . Wednesday special $12 plus $4.90 for topping .cant wait for next wednesday to get another one and try different topping such good value .i only had half lunch had other half for tea . Excellent meal.

Overall pretty good but they keep putting mustard in my cheeseburger after asking for it plain with ketchup.I have an intolerance for it and it is a condiment that contributes to the flaring of my eczema which has gotten really bad and painful.I’ve consistently asked and have been assured it won’t have it but am left disappointed and dissatisfied when having to scrap it off the burger and add more ketchup along with praying I scraped off enough for it to not affect my skin.I do enjoy my experience when I’m there but it’s small things like this that can turn a fun positive thing a bit sour. I do hope this comes across as a learning experience in a nice and positive manner :))

Do not go there if you are running in for a quick fuel stop!Cue to pay was HUGE. People lined up backed through food isles to fridges. Waiting 20 mins+ to pay for fuel.One guy on the counter making coffee after coffee, ignoring the huge line of people that was getting bigger and bigger, not serving anyone.Customer service is an absolute disgrace.We will never stop here again,Recommend you keep driving up, to Ampol on opposite side of the road half a km up. - Much quicker!
