Natural Stone Bath Worx

Purchased a stone bath and sink from Natural Stone Bath Works, it took almost six months to arrive instead of the 8-10 weeks they estimated. My issue isn't with the delivery times however outrageous they were- it was the fact that I had to continuously contact them for updates on arrival, shipping and delivery. Not once did they update me without prompting even after a asked them to. The bath its self is beautiful, well made and sturdy as. The let down is the business and experience I had with their updates etc.

I received my bath today from NSBW in perfect condition. The bath itself is elegant and beautiful and looks even more amazing than the pictures on the website. The whole process from start to finish with Peter, Lesley and Vincent was very professional, and it took just five business days from ordering/payment to delivery onsite interstate. I would highly recommend NSBW.

My husband and I are very impressed and couldn't be happier with the excellent service and products provided by Lesley and Peter. We designed a beautiful black wash teak bathroom vanity with hand made storage baskets that fit neatly underneath. We also chose a stunning natural rock basin which sits on top. The vanity was extremely well priced and so sturdy that it will last us a life time. The baskets are woven with a metal internal frame... I love them! The basin is one of a kind and along with the teak and woven baskets gives our bathroom a beautiful natural feel. Lesley answers all correspondence promptly and is always caring and helpful. If you have any problems at all they are only too happy to help and give full support until the issue is resolved to your complete satisfaction. Peter made the choosing of the basin and designing the vanity an enjoyable experience. We have had so many compliments from tradies, friends and family and would not hesitate to recommend the Natural Stone Bath Factory.

We purchased a bath from this company in it's previous iteration (same bath, same people...) but because it no longer exists they weren't interested in replacing our bath when it cracked and was completely unusable. So buyer beware that the warranty could be completely worthless if the owners close this current company and start anew again. Would not buy again
