I had a bit of an upset stomach after eatting here. I am glad I did not finish off the chicken caesar panini. Also, it was warmed up in a microwave to burn yourself tempatures. I made the mistake of thinking it would be heated in a sandwich press. My muffin was not warmed, even though it was supposed to be. So, one cold item, one burn worthy and an upset stomach.

Coffee was good and fast and even was accepting of my weird request to have some cold milk in it. Didn't have muffin but they looked pretty good

Disgusting customer service by a dark hair female with black nail polish. I can’t tell you her name as she refused to tell me and informed me that they had no manager so I couldn’t speak to him/her either. Tried to contact M/B HO and left a message but have had no response. I would like to think better of Muffin Break but currently I can’t.

staff member was rude, almost threw the item at me when I asked for my order to be takeaway as there were no seats available. asked another staff member who she was and made comment how rude she was only to be told she was the manager by the name of Emily.they didnt have toys or cookies for the kids meals but still charged full price.wouldn't recommend and wont bother going back.

Perfect way to start every morning! Such a good coffee and extremely juicy and flavoursome sweet chilli chicken wraps! Absolutely love the smiley on the bottom of cup, so simple yet makes the day start great

Located in the forecourt area of Gateway Plaza in East Warrnambool. A very popular business with a fantastic range of cakes etc, plus they make very good coffee, hot chocolate and other drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff who are prepared to bring your order to your table if you are in any way disabled. Highly recommended.
