Thanks to Ruthie & Battery World with my sisters Quad bikes battery, Ruthie was very helpful by telling me to put it on charge for 12hrs thn bring battery back for testing… whn I returned Ruthie tested battery & was all ok… saved me by not buying another battery…. Thanks again… never had any problems & always helpful.., cheers

We went to this store in hopes of finding a solution to our car battery issue, it looked like it was going to cost us a fortune to get our car working again however staff offered us a solution.. It ended up being a hidden fuse under the battery and cost little to replace rather than the alternator we thought needed to be replaced as it seemed the logical next step. Thankyou for the idea as it was the fuse and we really appreciate it as it worked straight away and saved not only money but stress as well . Thankyou

Zero stars, they are not experts as their incompetence blew my car up. They put in the wrong battery the wrong way around and my car blew up. No apology, no nothing and please do not use this company of people that don't care whether you live also threatened me with hitting ne!!

I called in on the off chance they would have time to check my battery and yep I needed a new one after 6 1/2 years of service from my old battery. Nothing was too much trouble and they were up for a chat. We've had two batteries in two cars replaced in as many weeks, no problems. Good customer service and a great experience. Thanks guys. A+

Big thanks to Justin for his professional and down to earth help. We found Justin to be friendly and clearly explained what our issue was and what we needed to do.The premises are clear and tidy, with easy to navigate installation bays which are out of the sun.
