A star for the the friendly and helpful male salesman/owner but overshadowed by the two female employees who have on two separate occaisions been both unnecessarily rude and unhelpful to either my husband or I when simply sending a straightforward return post. Work on your customer service ladies.

The most unhelpful, rude arrogant people you will ever come across. So bloody unhelpful and oblivious. These people caused my heart rate to literally go up. They are so superficial and rude. Stay clear, don’t give them your business.
