I always get only my brows done and the girl working today said “no, I’ll only do it if you pay me cash” … after I said I don’t have cash and only have card. what is she an exception? I’ll never come here again because of her service that was disgusting. There is no signs of minimum spends and I would always do my eyebrows only and pay card.

If I could score zero (0) I would. I just came from having a service there - eyebrow threading. My right and left eyebrows are uneven and I look like Cruella De-vil. That’s how arched my eyebrows are. I had to ask for my eyebrows to be trimmed. Terrible service and I would not recommend to anyone.

I went to the eyebrow place and it said “be back in 30 minutes” I then waited 50 minutes which was a waste of time. Then the lady did my eyebrows I told her not to take anything off only clean up underneath my brow. Then I saw I had 2 UNEVEN eyebrows which were absolutely horrible and extremely thin. I payed $42 for a wax and tint and the tint she wanted to keep it on for 2-3 minutes?!! When it’s meant to stay on for ATleast 10 minutes. While I was there I made an appointment elsewhere so they can fix this horrible stuff up. My eyebrows are extremely thin now and I’m never going back.

Ani is an amazing eyebrow artist… she’s doing my eyebrows since 2 years and she’s the only girl who can give me perfect shape and lifting… highly recommend her….

I have been going to this shop for 5 years now ,always happy with the work. I missed the lady did our brows before the lock down. She is very good and patience. The lady now there only thread , she doesn’t trim. Of course you need to trim the brow to shape it properly. Having said that, the price jumps from $20 to $22 just for brow, that is a 10% increase! I might as well go somewhere else, if the job is not satisfactory anyways. I won’t be going back to that shop until they change another person.

Omg loved my eyebrows done. Its amazing..Ani has been great. She has been doing my eyebrow threading for two years now. Always wait for her. I wouldnt let any other person touch my eyebrows. Thaaànk you My Dear for the great job you always do. Just love it.

Threading skills fine (although since two lovely ladies quit this shop over a year ago, the Chatswood ladies are much better skilled). It's the poorest service I've ever encountered. I quit going to this place in April because two times in a row when I SPECIFICALLY drove into Hurstville to get eyebrow threading done, either no one was there even though it wasn't past official closing time, or someone who was there just when I arrived said to me she's on a break".Today

Great service and worth it for the price! Got my eyebrows done by Aniiii and I recommend her to anyone who wants their eyebrows done. She is very patient and does an amazing job, very precise.
