I cannot overstate how helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional the guys were at MGR. I brought an item which didn't work on my arcade machine (my fault) and they were not only kind enough to accept the item back with a full refund excluding postage. They taken over an hour over the phone to explain and help me with what I needed, even without making a purchase or offer any business. Other websites I have tried rarely return an email, let alone provide such help. Definitely shop here. Give these guys a chance. You wont be disappointed.

Anthony has help us many times, my late husband had MND and Anthony went out of his way to make something so my husband could still play his favourite games with his feet. My daughter has Autism and after we moved her machine would not work. One email to Anthony and he called us to help to get it working again. He is way more than just a salesman. He is a awesome person who sells even more awesome machines. Go elsewhere at your own peril. If you want the BEST machine and the BEST customer services MY Games Room is the place to go.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service from Anthony and his crew. We recently hired air hockey, pinball, arcade racing games and a tabletop arcade machine for a party. Great advice upfront in selecting the right games and delivery exactly when promised.When plans changed due to unforeseen circumstances, Anthony was really accommodating and made everything painless. Best arcade games hands down. No glitches. Amazing quality. Excellent delivery. Excellent customer service. We hired three arcade games for a 40th Bday and the adults felt so reminiscent with the Ninja Turtles and Street Fighter arcade. Just wow. The kids had an absolute blast too. So I have to say, one of the best experiences I've ever had purchasing items from online. Anthony was a huge help and being 16 hours behind him (time zones) it was an adventure replying to emails, but he was a champ. Brilliant service! Anthony was incredible and worked magic to get a machine delivered in time for my husband's 50th. The machine is awesome - we have two teenagers and we are loving that we are getting to spend time together playing any of the 3000 + games together. I cannot recommend My Games Room highly enough.

It is rare today that you can work with someone across the ocean and get answers to deep technical questions with ease. After finding a product that met my needs but was only available 6K miles away, I had hesitation on the purchase. Anthony spent time answering each and every question before and after purchase. To my amazement, the product circled the globe to my door in only 3 business days and even with some rare wiring issues, we were able to get the product installed in a 3rd party cabinet and realize its potential very quickly. The Arcade Blaster product met all my expectations and I look forward to years of fun. It was more than worth the expense and international shipping cost and I am confident anything I need down the road will be answered quickly. Although it is an ocean away, I feel like Anthony is down the street and ready to assist.
