I love coming here. Ladies are always friendly and the chatting in the salon between everyone who comes in makes for a really relaxed atmosphere, like you're amongst friends. And the quality of my hair is always amazing.

I got my hair bleached and I love the result. It's now icy ash-like blonde and the staffs did a perfect job removing all the orange/yellowness. Will definietely visit again.

Have been going to Bianca for years and I have found her to be a fantastic cutter and colourist, especially with fine hair like mine.She can turn dull hair into trendy, funky and bright without any worries.My hairdresser goddess.I'm over 50yo and have never had a hairdresser listen to me before Bianca, she is truly brilliant at what she does and a lovely lady.

My haircut was done by this lady with burgundy hair. She looked extremely disinterested in doing anything at all, was making faces all the time, no proper division of my hair sections. I told her nearly 10 times that I want haircut and blow dry, still straight after the haircut, she took me to the counter to pay. Apart from this, when I was about to sit on the chair, the chair was full of hair, I had to ask her to wipe it. She was chopping hair all the time on my chair and when I stood up, my dress was full of hair front and back both. And only after coming back home, I realized my hair are not even cut properly, poor layers, totally outta symmetry. Extremely disappointed and never going back!
