First contacted Paul to lay a storm water pipe to a point of disharge, other plumbers I contacted seem to think it was all too hard, and gave me crazy quotes. Paul contacted the relevant authority, and had it done in a day. I also got Paul and his team to do a complete rough in for a house I am renovating, the whole house had to be re plumbed. Very happy with the service provided by the team at Peninsula Master Plumbers. Marnie organised the appointment time and kept me updated on the exact time Paul, the plumber, would arrive. He then thoroughly checked and resolved the issue I had with a very strong sewerage odour coming from the vent pipes on my roof. Before arriving he had researched the layout of the main sewerage line system of the whole estate to work out why the odour was so strong from my vents.He confirmed my sewer pipes were clear and came up with a solution for the vent pipes and now there is no odour from the main sewerage line. He also finished off another job left incomplete by a previous plumber. I'll definitely use the services of Peninsula Master Plumbers again and highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing concerns.

I phoned on Saturday morning after discovering water pooling on our side path and suspecting that we have had a broken pipe. Paul came in the early afternoon and identified that the water was actually coming from our next door neighbors hot water service which was leaking. He provided a very professional and timely service and should we have need of plumbing service in future I would have no hesitation in using his company again.
