Sold me a car with RWC, next day car wouldn’t start and told me it was my fault and my responsibility to fix

So my experience with As Is Motors has been fantastic there's a guy that runs the placed, his name is Luke we arrived in Australia from New Zealand and needed a vehicle we sussed him out he ended up charging us 1500 bucks for a car and then offered to buy it back from us after our trip in Australia ,they are really helpful and friendly and got our trip up and going so we can get on our way upon returning 3 weeks later he brought the car back of us for 900 bucks which is a lot lot cheaper than hiring a car around about $1,200 cheaper this guy was fantastic the business is great I would totally recommend As Is Motors to anybody you should actually go out of your way to go to that place just for his customer service skills and his Integrity in the way that he cares about people and is a fair dinkum bloke ..thanks a lot As Is Motors

Wish all car sales people were as honest as this place.Could have saved myself thousands over the years.Honest, direct, no tricks into finance. Has a heart for the average Aussie, working/non working. Wants to give us a chance to ' just get a car on the road '

As there were multiple buisnesses on site the right office was a little confusing to locate staff would rather watch you fumble trying to locate them and keep on with their conversations then actually approach you and see if they can help. Left empty handed and uncomfortable.

I have reported to TMR and ACCC . So unacceptable selling cars that are a danger to people's lives. I really hope someone puts a stop to your dodgy car dealer ship . I will make sure. 0 stars . Stay clear of this dealership

Brought a car with a roadworthy and like the AD Luke assisted us with the rego, customer service was great, unlike the car. We took the car for a test drive and everything sounded great and drove great, until we drove away. We took it in to a mechanic after we started to hear a lot of noise coming from the front end and a little bit from the rear end and he was amazed at how the car passed a roadworthy. All the bushes have to be replaced, along with the ball joints, the steering gear needed to be replaced, bump stops had to be replaced, the boots were split not to mention everything else we haven’t looked at yet. When we asked the mechanic why there was no noise when we took it for a test drive, he advised us that all the issues had been covered in grease or oil so you wouldn’t hear them straight away until the oil or grease wore away. Both the dealer and the company that completed the roadworthy have both been reported to the Department of Transport and the ACCC. This is the kind of dealership you need to stay away from otherwise you will get screwed over at some point.

Got me a good second hand car at a good price. If you need a car or a second one give them a go.

Genuine down to earth service and cheap cars! If you need a cheapie this is definitely the place to go.

We bought a car from there a Honda Accord and luke was very professional in is job and had everything ready for us when we went to pick the car up all staff there r professional and the cars are really good I had to take car back as it was under warranty and Luke did not hesitate in fixing the problem I would recommend anyone who wants a cheap realisable car to go visit Luke at Bega road
