Wonderful Moorish cooking class. Ronit talked us through beautiful dishes that I have since made at home. It was more of a cooking demonstration than a workshop for the most part, but that did mean we got through quite a few dishes in three hours. Her presentation was also beautiful. Highly recommended.

Cooking workshop with Ronit is a unique experience. She makes you feel right at home with her warm and welcoming energy. I love her passion with the way she teaches and talks about flavours and ingredients. A lot of her ingredients are straight from her garden. Ronit has a lot of knowledge for the food she puts together and she’s definitely a lot of fun.

The experience was incredible! I honestly had the best time, learned a lot about ayurvedic cuisine, met amazing people and has a feast! Ronit was incredible and made everything so fun. I will definitely go back. Thanks Thanks Thanks!

The only way I can, on a deeper level, articulate my experience I received at Open Table Cooking School is that it was just like when you see a REAL GOOD masseuse who cracks your back like a glowstick, you can feel the positive & imperative effect that this particular moment immersed into the colourful fabric of your life! Ronit automatically and effortlessly unleashes this heartfelt vibe that is refreshingly genuine - she incredibly transports you into the ancientness and origin of the cuisine. I never believed in hypnosis until I spent 5 straight hours staring at Ronit expressing her skills & love through the vessel of her well designed menu.This was by far the most memorable cooking class. Spent a heart-warming day with the incredible Ronit and a group of passionate, dynamite, beautiful women savouring Moorish culinary traditions crafted from the best home-grown and local produce Byron Bay has to offer. Ronit is not only an encyclopedic source of knowledge, but a generous transmitter of that knowledge, passion and love for GOOD, NURTURING food. And it's not just about the food - the experience of taking the time out, of sharing stories and learning from each other creates a community, and this is really what food is about.
