Recently mislaid my wallet whilst having a bite to eat at local food store,one of the staff from House Warehouse found my wallet that had fallen from my pocket and took it back to House Warehouse for safe keeping.Very honest young lady,a credit to your store. PS great range of goods for sale !!

Awesome customer service, great range of modestly priced homewares, convenient location. On every visit the wonderfull staff are quick to greet customers, and await to assist with enquiries. The product range spans from cheap novelty items right through to reasonably priced higher quality homewares. Store entrance is adjacent to main carpark which makes getting bulky items to the car breeze.

I have never once received good customer service whilst shopping at this store. Every item I have purchased does not last and breaks within a week.

Disgusting customer service from one staff member. I wish I caught a glimpse of her name tag. Rude, in your face and not helpful. She should be sacked! I work in retail and if one of our staff members spoke the way she did then we would no longer be employed.

Absolutely love this store, so many awesome bargains. Great for knick knacks, storage, party and decorations and arts and crafts. Has some of the best prices I've seen in a home warehouse store!
