I bought a braclet from this shop, I try to wear it at home but it was too big.I brought it back to ask for adjustments but they said they can't do it.It's the ROLEX kind of structure braclet so if the seller has the tool and skill, they can do the job.But unfortunately they couldn't, I spent money for nothing, can't wear it cause it's too big.Never should have bought that one.If they can't help customer, what the HL are they doing???
